Terms and Conditions for Fulfilment Orders

Payment:

As a fulfilment customer, you will not be invoiced with each order; instead, you will be invoiced monthly, within the first 10 days of the following month. Payment is then due within 14 working days.

We accept BACS or PayPal payment.

If we do not receive payment within the allocated time we reserve the right to stop fulfilling your orders until payment is received.

Turnaround time:

We work to a standard 2-4 working days turnaround time.

We work extremely hard to meet a customer’s deadline – even if it means working overtime. In the event a deadline is missed (due to a production delay or a courier), we can’t accept responsibility for any costs or loss of sales you incur.

Garments:

When you are supplying the garment we do not hold any liability for losses incurred from mis-printing, printer error or damage caused when in our possession. Further to that, we do not hold any liability to suppliers’ error, meaning size and/or colour variations from garment to garment.

DTG printed products can sometimes differ slightly, due to variations in the garment.

Cancellations:

All cancellations will be subject to a minimum charge of 20%. This is a restocking charge we get charged by our wholesalers.

Once printing has commenced cancellations and amendments are no longer possible and the full amount for the order will be charged.

Delivery:

Tracked

If you choose to send your order tracked then there will be some level of insurance available should anything happen to the order.

Untracked

We are unable to ensure any untracked parcels and you will be charged the full delivery cost.

For UK untracked orders we must allow 14 working days to pass before we class an order as lost in the post.

Outside of the UK can take up to 21 working days, particularly countries that require customs clearance.

Artwork:

All imagery must be supplied in a print-friendly format;

  • 300DPI (for a crisp print)
  • PNG file with a transparent background
  • Cropped to size
  • Sized to print

All imagery supplied should be sized for printing; in an event where the print area is smaller than the image provided, we will re-size to fit the print area.

We will assume your artwork has been provided as above, and we will print the artwork as it has been supplied to us.

Sizing and Positioning:

We have a maximum print area of 40cm x 50cm, however, this is specific to the garment and some garments and sizes will not fit on our large pallet. If they have to go on the small pallet then the maximum artwork size is 27cm x 30cm.

You will need to select the print location when placing your order.

Returns:

As each order is a custom print we cannot accept returns. We do not handle customer’s returns; these will need to come back to you.

If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery then we will get in touch with you. If we do not receive information on how to proceed with the return within 14 working days then we will dispose of any goods.
